An international coalition of families, individuals, non-profit
organizations, support groups, and health professionals participate in a
campaign to increase public awareness of Congenital Heart Defects and
Childhood Heart Disease.

for cardiac patients and their families, is hosting an event
in celebration of CHD Awareness Week on February 9th, 2008
at the Big Apple Circus to raise awareness and honor those
living with CHD. Kids at Heart members and their families
will enjoy the Big Apple Circus and celebrate the day with
social time and dessert in the ring after the show!

Annual Heart Party on Feb 14th in honor of those children we
have treated with CHD, and in an effort to raise awareness
in the community about children with CHD. The Children's
Hospital at Montefiore, located in NYC, is affiliated with
three organizations that raise funds to sponsor life saving
surgeries for children with CHD from 3rd world countries.
