Our hospital provided all the children in
the ICU with handmade, quilts, just the right size for the "humidicribs"
they were in. A nurse's mother belonged to a sewing circle, and
they all donated their remnant materials and their time to
making a batch of these blankets each week..
The nurses all signed the back with the details
of our daughterÕs surgery, and it will always be a very warm
blanket for her.
