Memorial Garden

The Memorial Garden was created to honor our "brave warriors" who are no longer with us. We wish to thank their parents for sharing the stories of their precious children, and making them a part of our lives. We hope that you will find comfort in knowing that these beloved children will always be remembered, and will live in our hearts forever.

Han Bianqi Yongmin
11/29/99 - 4/19/00

Our first baby, Han Bianqi, was born on 19 November 1999. He was a rather beautiful and lovely boy, touched many hearts. The malformation of his heart was found a few days after his birth and diagnosed to be Tetralogy of Fallot. His life was normal except that he also suffered from eczema. His grandparents, Laolao and Laoye, loved him very much and devoted tremendous time and effort to take care of my dear baby day and night.

We took him to Fuwai Heart and Blood Vessel Hospital of Beijing, P.R. China, which was the best hospital that could be found and afforded by us at that time, to receive a surgery. His weight was 5 kilos before the surgery. He was happy till the nurse took him away from his mother's arm and to the surgery room. Since that moment we were not allowed to touch or even look at him. That he had fought to come back with us for 16 days after the surgery gave us great hope. However, his lung did not recovered from the surgery as the doctors expected. He finally left us on 19 April 2000.

We miss those days with our son. We thank him for the happiness he brought to us, and we know we will reunion some day.

Michael Ray Georgia, Jr.
7/8/94 - 9/29/00

Michael Ray Georgia, Jr. passed away from Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.  He was diagnosed at birth, and passed away from sudden death. He brought so much joy to so many, but his time with us was too short.

Michaela Elisabet Charlotte Andersson
11/29/97 - 4/30/98

Madison Aunnaka Strate
10/31/00 - 12/9/00

Austin Michael Morse
1/12/00 - 9/11/00

In his short eight months of life, he taught us what a strong fighter he was and that life is so short. Austin changed our lives forever, and touched the lives of many. Our Mr. Little Handsome Man is no longer fighting or suffering. He is now our little angel smiling and playing in the clouds with a perfect heart. I know we will see his bright smiling face again.

We love you our fighter!
Mommy, Daddy, Destiny & Alyssa

Adam Chandler Cornelius
5/5/97 - 5/24/01

A precious gift beyond words. We LOVE you sweet Adam, and MISS you so very much.
Mommy, Daddy, Steven, Ryan, Jonathan and Katie
