Alexis Anne

HLHS, Bi-Directional Glenn, Pre-Transplant

Alexis

Our daughter Alexis Anne was diagnosed with HLHS and Turner's Syndrome at 20 weeks gestation. We live in Colorado and arrived in Philadelphia in April of 2002 for her birth and Stage I Norwood Procedure. In May of 2002 we returned to Colorado.

Once again in September of 2002 we returned to Philadelphia for her Stage II Bi-Directional Glenn and Pulmonary Vein Repair. She had a very complicated post-operative period and is now waiting for a heart transplant here in Philadelphia. She has a website created just for her that we would be happy to share with anyone who is interested.

— Sarah and Shane, Alexis' Parents (Colorado (home), Philadelphia (temp))
