Brandon T.

HLHS

Brandon was born September 27, 2000, at Fort Knox, KY. He was sent home, and when he was five days old, he went into cardiac distress and respiratory distress. We took him to Ireland Army Community Hospital's emergency room, but nobody knew what was happening to him. After spent four in the emergency room, a team from Kosairs Children Hospital came and got him.

Brandon had his first surgery, the Norwood, when he was 12 days old, then his second, the bi-directional Glenn when he was six months old. Now he is going to have the Fontan on January 13, 2004.
